Compassion . Understanding . Healing . Growth .
Navigating the silence
between us.
Estrangement is not just about distance; it's about the unspoken words and the emotional chasm that grows over time. My practice is dedicated to bridging that gap, safely and compassionately.

For Parents
Support for those whose adult children have cut off contact. We work on processing grief, understanding boundaries, and finding peace regardless of the outcome.
For Adult Children
Guidance for dealing with unsafe or unavailable parents. We focus on establishing safety, healing childhood wounds, and building a life of your own design.
Services

Dedicated to Your Journey
My primary specialty is helping individuals navigate estrangement issues, whether you're a parent whose adult child has cut off contact or a child dealing with unsafe or unavailable parents. I also work extensively with children, teenagers, and young adults facing anxiety, depression, and family conflicts, including those with divorced or deployed parents, as well as career planning. I have a broad range of experience, from supporting individuals with mild symptoms who need a sounding board to those with severe suicidal ideation and self-harm who require a comprehensive treatment plan integrated with multiple providers. As a Christian, I can incorporate a biblical perspective into our sessions if that aligns with your needs. My previous roles include working in community mental health with the homeless and supervising at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. I have specialized training in treating military families, drawing from my time in the Foreign Service as a diplomat living overseas in Morocco. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. Originally from San Diego, I graduated from the University of Southern California and have been practicing since 2015. When I'm not counseling, you can find me at the gym weightlifting or hip-hop dancing, or enjoying the outdoors hiking, skiing, or snowboarding.
